Florence Ford

Florence M. Ford nee Sachs, beloved daughter of late Howard A and Hazel Sachs passed away peacefully on July 30th, 2021, 17 days shy of her 81st birthday. Florence was known to all as Sissy Sachs who was born and raised in Westport, Baltimore City, MD. She led a successful career as an administrative assistant for 40 years. Her love and devotion was to her family, late son Tommy Thomas, four surviving grandchildren Crystal Deel, Holly, Heather and Heidi Sachs and several great grandchildren. She enjoyed her parent's Pasadena shore home during the summer with crab feasts and card games with the Sachs family. Her love for dogs and cats included not only her own but those at the Baltimore animal shelter where she volunteered. Her devotion to God and her country was of utmost important in her life. She was a member of Lansdowne Worship Center Church of God. She is survived by her loving brothers Raymond Sachs and wife Joan, Robert W Sachs and wife Felicia, and grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother Howard T. Private graveside service 11 am Wednesday August 4, 2021 at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
