Gardner Speer, Jr.

Gardner Fred Speer, Jr. passed away on November 29, 2022. Beloved son of the late Gardner, Sr and Anna Speer; dear brother of the late Ethel Kleinsmith; loving uncle of Margaret Schillenberg, Cheryl Lay and Lee Kleinsmith. Garnder is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Garnder was born in Baltimore on February 27, 1931. He proudly served his country in the United Stated Army. Later on he worked as a cabinet maker for Dittmar and Sons. In his free time he enjoyed being a member of Post 10078 VFW in South Baltimore. He will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Monday December 5, 2022 from 10-12 PM. A funeral service will begin at 12 Noon. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in the name of Gardner Speer to VFW Post 10078 425 East Fort Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21230.
