Michael Swank

Michael Thomas Swank, beloved husband of 39 years to his amazing wife Karen M. Swank (Nee Miller) devoted father of Bonnie Healy, Linda Jamesson and her husband Michael and the late Johnathan Willis, dear brother of Sherry Borror and her husband Paul, Cheryl Young and her husband Ron and the late Ron Swank, loving grandfather of Michael Magaha, Katie Leiss, Michael Jamesson, Savannah McGroarty, Kayla Brown and Brandon Housley, loving great-grandfather of Ben Jamesson, Haylee Jamesson, Hudson McGroarty and soon to be Hugh Leiss, dear son-in-law of the late Lloyd and Shirley Miller, dear brother-in-law of Linda Greene, Lloyd and Iris Miller, Bruce and Julie Miller, Eric Miller and the late Mary Miller. Also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous friends.

Michael was born in Maryland to his parents Henry and Anna Swank on November 13, 1950 and died at his Linthicum residence very suddenly on June 8, 2021. Michael served in the U. S. Marines Corp. Michael worked as a sheet metal mechanic for 40 years at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard before retiring in 2013 . He was a member and the Past Post Commander of the American Legion Post 34 and was a member of the Ferndale Community Club. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing and spending time with his family.
